QuickTime on macOS is great for screen recording locally but the .mov files are just insanely massive and the limited options in QT export doesn’t help. So to fix my PowerPoint bloat had to do the “make .zip, pop every video through VLC conversion, replace, rezip and rename back to .pptx dance”
