@manton sorry I just mean when you open or switch to the app there is no indication that feeds have been updated
@manton sorry I just mean when you open or switch to the app there is no indication that feeds have been updated
@manton was also just noting on inkwell for macOS i cant tell if the feeds have been updated…. there is no loader or indicator ?
@manton I have this app via TestFlight so very happy. When you say removed from
All store fronts except US does that mean it will never come out in the UK App Store? If it gets through this process at all
@bradbarrish brilliant! I am going to check that out. Mainly using obsidian and now tasks plug in for all my work notes. I have a load of .bike files which is a great outlining tool I need to think about getting into a vault (but I think I need to create a plug in too!)
@manton when I open inkwell and it’s fetching new posts it says nothing new today but I think it should only say that after it has fetched new posts and there is actually nothing new today :) hope that makes sense seems odd to say nothing new when I am just waiting on fetching
@manton with strata I find it’s easy to lose note changes as I often open app tap some notes and I might get distracted jump to another app, Lock phone and when I return too app because I didn’t hit save the changes are lost. I think some kind of auto save is needed
@manton email sent … I have reset and downloaded as stated but have an error
@manton So sorry to hear that. That’s horrible.
@manton ah ha yes I didn’t see the highlight thing because I hadn’t highlighted anything!! good stuff
@thisness this is true I often just think wow he (my dog) is in “the place”
@manton For an RSS reader this is basically ridiculous. TestFlight is a saving grace
@manton looks great. I tend to do more of my reading on iOS app atm. Will that get highlights
@manton A long time ago as part of my PhD I was playing with Swift but my app was rejected as it didn’t have enough features. It was a distraction free app to grab ideas on the go. Helped me solidify building web stuff and then local-first.
@danielpunkass I am always reminded of this parody. Lived in Newport late 90s - youtu.be/Eijc2tGe-… the jokes are very much on point
@manton of course! Thanks
@manton has this been fixed?
@warner the latest Mac app has podcast player. Web and iOS do not
@alpower yeah me too - that’s the set I play with is the 90s one with the proper polystyrene pitch. I was using the “living rule book 6” but these rules are a slight improvement and I wanted the proper book, it’s harder to find people to play and not ready for a league!!
@manton Brilliant ! Will we get reply on micro.blog - like web one ;)
@manton the scrolling bug in micro.blog app I was seeing in latest release I was able to replicate it FYI - I’ll pop a video over to help@ just in case useful you probably already know about it mind :)
@manton re Freeform I see why Apple jumped on the spatial hypertext type tool but way too late to the party and I am not sure what I get extra now with the Creator Studio. But yep 3rd party was already out and Apple ecosystem
System only muse app still serves this purpose better. museapp.com/vs-freefo…
@stevesnider this is also true 😂
@danielpunkass so cool. I should really try and get into crosswords more but until The Guardian UK let Black Ink connect I just don’t want to play
@bradbarrish dang link is gone. Some selected song on YouTube for now looked mega
@adamprocter.bsky.social Yeah I think we can pull it back with players coming back for Wednesday.
