climate “benefits” BBC bite size article deleted

I was alerted to an insane page on BBC bite size that talked about “benefits” of climate change for the UK on mastodon by @aral@mastodon.ar.al I was shocked as there are no positives to the climate crisis the planet faces then the page was since edited and attached is image from today’s Guardian confirms it was changed to be in line with current GCSE curriculum. The BBC probably don’t look at Mastodon by George Monbiot also talked about it on Twitter - nice one everyone

Saw this in paper too. I remember reading this page when doing GCSE and thinking it was ridiculous at the time. But like a good exam strategist imbibing the notion of "balance" in answers. There's enough uncertainty in the world, esp. for young people, we don't need to make them question climate change.
