Unbelievable on hold for 40 mins to Marks and Spencer’s bank to dispute a charge against my no debt disabled dementia mother in law and they hung up on me in 30 seconds of my saying I need charges removed and I’m Really not happy . Wow I’ll be phoning them again tomorrow.
