UK Customer Service - RAC & Thorpe Park

Short version of a longer story weaving this week. Yeah @evieirene we can take your friends to Thorpe Park I have 50% off with RAC membership. No matter what I try System will not log me in, send in support ticket… nothing phone up and they can’t work it out so am told don’t worry call Thorpe Park, the first phone line is literally closed, instant message we are busy, second line I speak to someone who advises they no longer sell tickets over the phone, he can’t help. The website said best to use Twitter 🤦🏻‍♂️ … I tried. Phone back RAC was escalated and promised a call back … neither RAC got back to me and no replies at all on twitter. Going bowling instead , unbelievable.
