I like the shift to GMT as it basically resets my morning so I am doing everything an hour earlier which is good. Need to keep body clock in BST mode

In other news if you are listening to Air pods on your iPhone while working on your laptop and you open M$ Teams they transfer to macOS! Hand off or whatever Apple call is very bad and flipping annoying !!
