New posts from discursive.adamprocter.co.uk

So I finally managed to edit my newsletter to include an intro piece and then the things I have blogged about over the last week. As you can see, I have mainly been playing the production copy of Daybreak I backed a while ago. I am fortunate to know Matteo and helped him produce some early prototyped at my work (WSA, University of Southampton)

We also hosted at The Winchester Gallery the festival “Playing with the Climate Crisis” which had the first-ever pre-production copies out in the wild, coupled with a series of talks from other game makers who had also made climate themes games which we also held as a library for the event.

You can find out more — https://www.southampton.ac.uk/news/2023/04/gaming-festival.page

and the game’s site is https://daybreakgame.org/

have a great start to 2024
And thanks to the few of you that subscribe, I appreciate it — if you ever think something I shared is useful then do fwd this email to your friends! :)
