2021-12-29 All I can say right now is do NOT bank with the co-operative bank. Shambolic service for my mother in law and really painful process to try and move money that is causing lots of unnecessary stress for all the family. My bank Nationwide have been wonderful.

This is when you know BT is not quite being truthful about your max connection speed when in November it was consistently at 55 and now always under 30… engineer booked and will certainly be asking them to explain. Also if you live in house 8 on my road you get 900! Unbelievable

Hmm well it wasn’t until this last month.
My BT internet speed has been halfed and all my checks I’m being charged double. Really pretty unhappy about this. Engineer coming Tuesday and going to call them if no changes in Price and / or speed I’ll cancel everything.
