Secondment to the Department for Education

I am very excited to announce that from next month I will be working one day a week with the UKs Department for Education (DfE) within the Education Policy Innovation Centre (EPIC) team in Westminster bringing my research around local-first, decentralised, private, community of practice focussed education technology to the team for the next 12 months, can’t wait to see how small tech might be part of future government policies!   Here is an example of a project EPIC worked on last year - publicpolicydesign.blog.gov.uk/2025/04/1…
