Thanks, that is really interesting. I'll admit I haven't read the whole thing yet (read the first part, then skipped closer to the end…) but it's so hard to reach the scale needed to support even a 5-person team. Glad he got a lot out of the experience, though.

@manton agreed I’ve been working out more recently how to run nodenogg.in at very low / zero costs and I do think I have an idea and some funds I can get that are not VC. Hoping I can show of latest version asap as it has a fantastic p2p only model my coding friend has been sorting out.
