No fault… hmm turns out “something” of my line in the cabinet had been “unplugged” now reconnected to new “lines” and … boom 💥 download from 28Mbps back higher than previous stable 55 and now at 64Mbps ! Good job I didn’t cancel the engineer 😊 I am now a happy Procter
