I am going to kill the co-op every time you update your bank app you kick my mother in law out and she has to reset everything and then go through the onboarding process again and again unbelievable.

Be nice, co-operatives face organizationally and administrative challenges that for-profits don't, but they're worth it 😉.

@brenthueth I hear you the co-op bank is pretty big in the UK mind. But my word even Apple UI is impossible to navigate someone through when they struggle with technology and you can’t do it for them. There should be a secure and simple way to remote in. Plus Biometrics Dont help and “secure” passwords are a nightmare.

It’s been awful for 15 years. And it was billed as the Internet bank when it launched. I think it’s basically a skin on the Co-Operative Bank, but I’ve never used them to compare.

@adoran2 yes she has regular co-op not smile bank but it’s as bad and the app only recently got some usefulness but it’s updates are a nightmare. Alsotook me 10 minutes to realise my mother in law was looking at the App Store screen shot and wondering if she had been hacked as balance wasn’t correct 😂
