So right now even with the test flight beta Fantastical has been rendered completely useless for my office 365 work account on my iPhone and iPad what a blooming week and I live in my Fantastical calendar! Not holding out a ton of hope for a fix either…

On the day I happen to need to re authenticate my Microsoft 365 account with Fantastical is the day I hit two bugs that basically locks me out of calendars on iOS… waiting for them to send me test flight beta… too late for iPad I deleted all Microsoft apps trying to figure out what had happened

Can someone please tell my why Outlook for macOS has moved the spell check reveal to be a left click, I can see its making its own suggestions… so I guess it has something to do with not using the system default / probably use of Ai etc but its so discombobulating.

I never really use Apple memories on Photos but I wanted to today but oh boy is it just my iPhone or do the 3 dots hardly ever work can’t tap the stupid things - rotating phone didn’t help, killing app didn’t help, restarting didn’t help. Did they break iOS Photos with an update 🤷

Am loving the beta micro.blog app on iPhone. A few missing features and not ready for iPad but it’s very nice. Hopefully my testing and feedback can help it progress to launch in early 2023. Main bug for me at the moment is not wrapping long usernames which causes sideways scroll

A simple reason privacy matters. My iPhone has warned me my music has been too loud this week. What it doesn’t know is that I have connected it to a Bluetooth / headphone jack speaker a number of times and so the volume has been adjusted on the speaker itself with my iPhone set to max to ensure max output from phone to speaker. Maybe that’s old school thinking to maximise source output sure but then pass this data to my medical records and I could potentially be refused hearing aids in the future, see my insurances rise or be refused treatment for ear conditions. This is why data is useless without the owner being in control. Apple your approach to CSAM appals me. And yeah I’m a long term fan boy.

Just spend 10mins looking for the repeat song option in Apple Music on iPad and iPhone, No idea what you call it but the “now playing card” has not clues you can scroll it. Affordance no where to be seen. In fact due to the way it animates in it doesn’t indicate that it is scrollable element, it feels like a card that is showing you everything. Seriously when are we going to move away from these magic hidden gestures. Snap chat I’m looking at you too. I fear iPhone X (still on preorder) will wind me up in this regards… Come on Apple this is not great UX
